River Sand

This sand is from the Fraser River in British Columbia, and is not processed. River sand is suitable for lawns, backfilling, and pre-loading, because it exhibits light weight per cubic meter. It is also good for the making of grass sports fields, by the means of top-dressing the grass with the sand. Regular lawns and golf courses can also be top-dressed with river sand, though River Sand does naturally contain traces of silt from the harvesting process.
